A: We will test the equipment before shippment.

A: If the package is damaged when customer receive, customer should refuse to sign for the package. We will send customer a new one at once. And then we will contact with the express company to deal with the compensation.
3. If the equipment is not good after the customer receive, how to do?
A: Customer should give us his inspection report and then we will be responsible for it.
